HireZone LK is a 100% Free Job Portal. Posting standard job vacancies for employers and browsing or submitting job applications for candidates are completely complimentary with zero fees. This Return & Refund Policy applies strictly and exclusively to optional paid promotional services (such as Featured Job Boosts, Homepage Banner Spotlights, and Social Media Talent Blasts).
1. 100% Free Job Postings & Candidate Applications
To avoid any confusion, HireZone LK operates on a free-access model:
- For Employers & Recruiters: Submitting, publishing, and managing standard job postings is 100% FREE with no subscription fees or mandatory charges.
- For Candidates & Job Seekers: Searching for jobs, viewing salary benchmarks, and submitting direct CV applications is 100% FREE forever. No application fees or charges ever apply.
Because core platform services are completely free of charge, no billing or refund processes exist for standard job postings or candidate applications.
2. Optional Paid Promotional Boosts
Refund and cancellation terms apply solely to optional premium advertising and promotional services purchased by employers who choose to amplify their vacancies:
- Cancellation Before Campaign Launch: If an employer purchases an optional promotional boost (such as a Featured Listing Spotlight or Newsletter Blast) and requests cancellation prior to distribution and indexing, a 100% full refund will be granted.
- Active Live Campaigns: Once a promotional campaign has launched, been broadcasted to our candidate network, or published across social channels, the service is deemed fully delivered and is non-refundable.
- Vacancy Filled Early: If your position is filled before the promotional display duration concludes, you may unpublish or archive the vacancy at any time; however, partial or pro-rated refunds for remaining promotional days are not issued.
3. Non-Refundable Promotional Items
The following items related to optional paid promotions are non-refundable:
- Third-party bank processing charges and payment gateway transaction surcharges.
- Completed banner advertising slots that have concluded their scheduled run time.
- Promotional listings removed due to policy violations (such as deceptive advertising or fraudulent vacancies).
4. Refund Processing Times
Approved promotional refund requests will be credited back to the original bank card or payment gateway account within 5 to 10 business days, following standard Sri Lankan commercial banking protocols.
