Employers and recruiters posting vacancies on HireZone LK must ensure that:

• All listed job vacancies represent genuine, lawful, and active employment opportunities.
• Job listings do not solicit candidate payments, registration fees, or advance training charges.
• Job descriptions provide clear, transparent salary benchmarks and skill requirements.
• No fraudulent, misleading, multi-level marketing (MLM), or discriminatory listings are submitted.

HireZone LK reserves the right to immediately remove any listing that breaches these standards.

Candidates agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date resume data, employment history, and contact details. Submitting falsified educational credentials or fabricated employment records may result in platform bans.

HireZone LK functions as a modern career matchmaking portal. While we maintain rigorous quality checks on listings, we do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview appointments, or endorse individual hiring practices of third-party organizations.

All brand elements, career guides, proprietary salary benchmark algorithms, designs, and content on HireZone LK are protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
